CANADIAN DELIVERIES
HOLIDAY ORDERING DEADLINE

Order by December 17th to receive by December 24th - Delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. Sony Music does not take responsibility for courier delays in delivery. We recommend you place holiday orders in advance of this deadline to ensure timely delivery. We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as we can. Please note that all “Order By” dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ORDERS

  • Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email order confirmation.
  • You will be charged for your entire purchase, including any pre-orders, at the time your order is submitted.
  • Orders are processed during business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If we are unable to fulfill an item on your order due to unavailability, a refund will be processed for that item. Refund will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Release date for pre-orders is subject to change.
  • If your order includes regular and pre-order items, your order will ship in full once all items are available. We are unable to split the order.
  • All prices are final based on time of purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order or an item on your order, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page. We will do our best to process your cancellation. However, depending on the status of your order, we cannot guarantee the cancellation.
  • Once you have submitted your order, additional items cannot be added. You will need to place a new order for the item(s).

Address Change

  • If your address is incorrect, please inform us through the Contact Us page. We will do our best to update your address. However, depending on the status of your order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to correct the address.

SHIPPING

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If your order includes regular and pre-order items, your order will ship in full once all items are available. We are unable to ship items of an order separately. If you would like non-pre-order products shipped right away, please order them separately.

Canadian Deliveries

  • We will ship your order within 1-2 days business days, not including orders that contain pre-order items. Typically, delivery will be within 1-6 business days, pending ship location and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Order tracking information will be provided on the shipping confirmation email. Please reach out to your respective carrier directly regarding any shipping delays. If they are unable to provide a resolution, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page and we will do our best to assist.
  • Any shipments that are not deliverable and are not picked up from the carrier depot, the shipment will be returned to Sony Music Canada and a refund will be issued for the product value only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Deliveries

  • We will ship your order within 1-2 days business days, not including orders that contain pre-order items.
  • Any shipments that are not deliverable and are not picked up from the carrier depot, the shipment will be returned to Sony Music Canada and a refund will be issued for the product value only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please note that standard international shipping fees don’t include taxes or duties, and they may differ depending on your region.
  • Duty and tax - We're unable to estimate duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. If you place an order online, you’ll be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you’ll still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
  • Certain products cannot be shipped to destinations outside of Canada. 
  • We do not accept returns on international orders.

Address change

  • If your address is incorrect, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page. We will do our best to update your address. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to correct the address, depending on the status of your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address.
