Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns on international orders except for:

    • damaged products, provided you submit a claim within 45 days of delivery of the order through our “Contact Us” page; and
    • products ordered under contracts cancelled within 14 days of delivery of the order pursuant to the exercise of the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2023/2673 (limited to orders originating from or shipping to the EU).
  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Our customer service team will respond back to you regarding any additional information required to process a return.

  • You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), once approved, and any other necessary information to include with the shipment. Please do not return any items without a Return Authorization Number.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the product is returned undamaged by the shipping company. Please ensure the product is packed sufficiently to avoid damage.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that were damaged during shipment to you, for which picture proof will be required. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned item. After processing, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive your refund via your original payment method.
